A Glimmer Of Hope: Priyanka Jariwala’s Impact

On the significance of the physical therapy industry, Priyanka believes it has a lot to offer society. “I feel it is an important part of healthcare. I think physical therapists, in general, play a huge role in the daily lives of their patients. That is why I am eager to participate in more education programs to promote the profession and share the importance of the work that we do. I would also like to be a part of an outreach program to spread awareness about common conditions which can benefit from a successful physical therapy rehabilitation.”

Priyanka has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy from Pravara College, Loni, India. She also has a Master of Science degree in concentration in Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. By way of professional certifications, she has a certification in Applied Functional Science from Gray Institute. She is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. “I chose this life and this life chose me. I have no regrets. I believe a just cause is worth dedicating your entire life to. I will keep working to make a difference in people’s lives. It affords great fulfillment to know that you are making a real, positive impact. It is a very rewarding experience, and I am just getting started,” she adds.
